GMAC Advancery – Refund Policy
We typically do not provide refunds for digital products and services unless we are required to do so under applicable law or we are unable to resolve your issue. We may provide refunds if any of the following issues occur and can be substantiated:
- You experience a technical issue with completing your purchase which results in a duplicate purchase.
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from being able to access and use the product or service, and we are unable to resolve the technical issue.
- The product or service purchase was not completed or authorized by you.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, including any of those specifically detailed above, please submit a Help Center request via: https://support.mba.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. In your request, please include your order number, the product or service name, and a detailed description of the issue. We may need to ask for and for you to provide information about the payment method(s) used, screenshots, error codes, and/or other related information, where applicable.
You will not be entitled to a refund if you have accessed the applicable product or service. If a refund is issued to you, you must not attempt to access the product or service thereafter.
